How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and the courier.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £40.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every product is carefully handmade in small batches with attention to detail, using high-quality ingredients and premium fragrance oils.
What are your candles made from?
Our container candles are made with natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils and cotton wicks, creating a clean and beautifully scented burn.
Can I use your room sprays on my skin?
No. Our room and linen sprays are designed for use around the home and on fabrics only. Please do not apply them directly to your skin.
How long will the fragrance last?
The longevity of the fragrance depends on the product and how it is used. Our room sprays provide an instant burst of fragrance that can be refreshed whenever needed, while our candles fill your home with a beautiful scent as they burn.
Are your products suitable as gifts?
Absolutely! Our products make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, weddings, thank-you gifts and many other special occasions.
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the container. Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 5mm. Never leave a burning candle unattended and always follow the safety instructions provided.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
